Our 14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid set comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — if the papers aren't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. This is a voluntary promise we make on top of your legal rights: it sits alongside the statutory position explained below and does not replace or reduce it.

To claim, email [email protected] from the email address you bought with and tell us which set you bought. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Digital downloads and cancellation

Our products are digital downloads. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once the download begins, where you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right ends at that point — that is the basis on which checkout provides your files straight away.

If you buy and change your mind before the download has started, email us within 14 days of purchase and we can cancel and refund you.

Faulty or not as described

That cancellation position does not affect your other rights. If a file is faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, tell us and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything on this page.

Email [email protected] from the email address you bought with, and tell us which set you bought and what went wrong. If you bought through Gumroad, refunds are processed back through Gumroad to your original payment method.
